Written Scope & Pricing
You receive a clear, written estimate that breaks down what is included — materials, labor, and timeline. No hidden fees, no vague line items. If there are options (material choices, phasing), we outline them so you can make an informed decision.
Schedule Lock & Material Staging
Once approved, we lock your project into our schedule and begin staging materials. We coordinate delivery timing so materials arrive when needed — not weeks early taking up space in your garage.
Site Protection & Work Begins
Before any demo or construction starts, we protect your home. Dust barriers go up, floors get covered, and work zones are isolated. Then we execute the scope methodically — checking plumb, level, and quality at each phase.
Daily Communication & Cleanup
You will never wonder what is happening on your project. We communicate daily — what was completed, what is next, and whether anything needs your input. Work areas are cleaned at the end of every day.
Final Walkthrough & Punch List
When the work is complete, we walk the finished project with you. If anything needs adjustment, it goes on a punch list and gets addressed immediately. We do not consider a project done until you are satisfied.
